Hi , welcome to issue #23 of the Tasart newsletter.

We would like to invite you to our first Gamblin Oil Colors Event and warmly welcome Sydney-based artist, Adrienne Tarver, who will be sharing her expertise about Gamblin's Contemporary Oil Painting Materials.

For those who are not yet familiar with the small color house based in Portland Oregon, founder, Robert Gamblin started making his own artist oils in his garage over 25 years ago. His skills were later put to the test by the Smithsonian to recreate 150 antique paints from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. This lead to his formulation of more stable, reversible colors for scientists and conservators at the National Gallery and The Getty. After making colors from fragile, dangerous toxic pigments, Robert was more committed than ever to give artists safer, more permanent materials.

Please join us to hear more about this unique line of artist colors and mediums and the color house dedicated to leading oil painting and printmaking into the future.

Free Samples at all Gamblin Events.
